2. Teilnahmezeitraum

Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist im Zeitraum vom 15.09.2026 bis 19.09.2026 möglich.

3. Teilnahmeberechtigung

Teilnahmeberechtigt sind natürliche Personen ab 18 Jahren mit Wohnsitz in einem Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union. Von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen sind Mitarbeitende der SIMTEK Group sowie deren Angehörige.

4. Teilnahme

Die Teilnahme erfolgt durch das vollständige Ausfüllen und Absenden des Teilnahmeformulars auf der Gewinnspiel-Landingpage innerhalb des Teilnahmezeitraums.

Pro Person ist nur eine Teilnahme zulässig. Mehrfachanmeldungen, insbesondere unter Verwendung verschiedener E-Mail-Adressen oder Identitäten, führen zum Ausschluss vom Gewinnspiel.

Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und nicht an den Erwerb von Waren oder Dienstleistungen gebunden. Die Teilnahme erfolgt in eigener Verantwortung. Die Teilnehmenden sind für die Richtigkeit und Aktualität ihrer Angaben selbst verantwortlich.

5. Gewinn

Unter allen teilnahmeberechtigten Personen wird folgende Prämie verlost:

• 1 × VR-Brille Meta Quest 3S 128 GB im Wert von 359,99 €.

Der Versand des Gewinns erfolgt kostenfrei innerhalb der Europäischen Union.

Eine Barauszahlung, ein Umtausch oder eine Übertragung des Gewinns auf andere Personen ist ausgeschlossen.

6. Gewinnerermittlung und Benachrichtigung

Die Gewinnerin bzw. der Gewinner wird nach Ende des Teilnahmezeitraums mittels eines Zufallsverfahrens ausgelost. Die Auslosung erfolgt unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit.

Die Benachrichtigung erfolgt per E-Mail an die im Teilnahmeformular angegebene E-Mail-Adresse.

Meldet sich die Gewinnerin bzw. der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Benachrichtigung zurück, behält sich der Veranstalter vor, den Gewinn erneut zu verlosen.

7. Ausschluss vom Gewinnspiel

Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, Teilnehmende bei Verstößen gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen oder bei Manipulationsversuchen vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen.

8. Haftung

Der Veranstalter haftet nur für Schäden, die auf vorsätzlichem oder grob fahrlässigem Verhalten beruhen. Hiervon unberührt bleiben Ansprüche aufgrund von Verletzungen von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie zwingende gesetzliche Haftungsvorschriften.

9. Datenschutz

Die im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels verwendet, sofern keine darüber hinausgehende Einwilligung (z. B. für Newsletter oder Kontaktaufnahme) erteilt wurde.

10. Sonstiges

Der Rechtsweg hinsichtlich der Durchführung des Gewinnspiels und der Gewinnerermittlung ist ausgeschlossen. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

2. Participation Period

Participation in the prize draw is possible from September 15, 2026, to September 19, 2026.

3. Eligibility

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 years or older residing in a member state of the European Union. Employees of SIMTEK Group and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Participation

Participation requires the complete submission of the registration form on the prize draw landing page within the participation period.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, particularly through the use of different email addresses or identities, will result in exclusion from the prize draw.

Participation is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of any goods or services.
Participation is at the participant's own responsibility. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

5. Prize

The following prize will be raffled among all eligible participants:

• 1 × Meta Quest 3S 128 GB VR headset valued at €359.99.

The prize will be shipped free of charge within the European Union.

Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random after the participation period has ended. The drawing will take place privately and will not be open to the public.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the registration form.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Exclusion from Participation

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the prize draw.

8. Liability

The organizer shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Claims arising from injury to life, body or health as well as mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be used exclusively for the administration of the prize draw unless additional consent has been given (e.g. for newsletter subscription or direct contact).

10. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse regarding the conduct of the prize draw and the winner selection process is excluded. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
